Why luxury agents leave Agent Image (and what they wish they'd known)
The pattern is so consistent we built our whole product to solve it.

Agent Image was the luxury-realtor website company before "Luxury Presence" was a phrase. They're still the incumbent. They do beautiful work — their "Imagine Studio" tier produces some of the prettiest agent sites on the internet. But a steady stream of their clients ends up in our inbox every month. The reasons are always one of five, almost word-for-word.
1. "It took six months to launch."
Agent Image's premium tiers go through a real custom design process — and the bottleneck is almost always content. Three rounds of revisions. Stakeholder approvals. Photoshoots that need rescheduling. By the time you launch, the listings you wanted to feature have sold and the market you were positioning for has shifted. Modern build tooling lets us hit "live in about a week" by separating the brand-defining decisions (vision, palette, type, hero image) from the constantly-changing content (listings, blog posts, testimonials) — and putting the second category entirely under your control via a drag-and-drop admin.
2. "I can't update anything myself."
Every change goes back to Agent Image's team. A typo on a listing description. A new headshot. A featured property swap. The work gets done — but on their queue, in their hours, and sometimes with a bill attached. Broker.Sale is the opposite: a portal you log into and edit anything in seconds. Want to feature a new $20M listing on the home page? Drag it to the top. Want to A/B the hero copy? Two clicks.
3. "The custom site cost five times what they quoted."
Imagine Studio (their flagship) starts at around $7,000 setup. The actual all-in cost — including hosting, support, IDX add-on, monthly maintenance, content updates — clears $20,000 in the first year for most clients we've heard from. Broker.Sale tops out at $599/mo + $1,500 setup. That's an order of magnitude cheaper for an arguably better-looking, faster-loading site.
4. "I don't own my domain or my content."
If you leave Agent Image, you get a content export. You don't get the design, you don't get the integrations, you don't get the custom plugins or any of the SEO equity baked into custom URLs. With Broker.Sale you keep the domain, the content, the brand assets, and full database export — always. We invest in keeping you here through product quality, not contractual moat.
5. "The site doesn't generate leads."
The hardest one. A beautiful site that doesn't bring in inquiries is, in a luxury agent's words to us last month, "the world's prettiest billboard." Agent Image's standard build doesn't include dual lead capture (the smart pop-up + exit-intent combo), market-specific landing pages, or automated lead routing. Broker.Sale ships those by default. Every. Single. Site.
