This Agreement supplements the Terms of Service and sets the commercial terms of your Broker.Sale subscription.

Plan & fees

Your plan, monthly/annual rate, and one-time setup fee are stated at checkout. Annual prepay includes two months free and waives the setup fee.

Term & cancellation

Monthly plans renew automatically and may be cancelled before the next cycle. Annual plans run for twelve months. Upon cancellation we can export your content and release your domain.

Service levels

We target rapid launch (about one week) and high availability. Brokerage and Enterprise plans include priority support and a dedicated success contact.

Referral rewards

Successful referrals earn one free month or $200 off, applied automatically. Rewards have no cash value and are subject to anti-abuse review.
