These Terms govern your use of the Broker.Sale platform and the websites we design, host, and manage on your behalf. By subscribing you agree to them.
1. The service
Broker.Sale provides managed, white-label real-estate websites, lead capture, referral tools, MLS/IDX integration, and social-posting tools on a subscription basis. Features vary by plan.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually plus a one-time setup fee where applicable. Month-to-month plans may be cancelled anytime; access continues through the paid period.
3. Your content & MLS compliance
You are responsible for the accuracy of listings and for holding the MLS/IDX licenses required to display feeds. We display required attributions and disclaimers per board rules.
4. Intellectual property
Your brand assets remain yours. The underlying platform and code remain the property of Aegis, LLC.
